    I would love to see you review the Fujifilm X-T3 underwater video features (custom white balance, stabilization, etc …)

    The flexibility on shutter speed is because it’s a leaf shutter, which is unique to compact cameras and high end medium format cameras. Most mirrorless cameras have electronic shutter options but that does not affect flash synch speed, because their shutters are focal plane shutters
